Hi, how are you?
I am all good. Tim as well. Besides that I have been having some issues with going to the toilet (not so strange considering that the Filipino diet consists of bread, pasta / noodles, eggs and rice, haha) and that it has been a little bad weather we feel very good. [sorry for too much information, haha]
We continued from Bohol to Malapascua which is located north of Cebu to see thresher sharks, nice white beaches, good snorkeling and get some nice island vibes. We first stayed two nights in Cebu where Tim sent the drone for repair. There I also got a haircut because my hair has become so destroyed after the sun and salt water - I cut of about 20cm - really nice! Also fixed the glass on my Iphone. You know those things that you just want to get done but is not easy when you are out on the countryside. I liked to get into some city pulse before we went on to the next adventure.

We went to Malapascua from Cebu as follows:
- Bus from Cebu North Bus Terminal to Mayan Port. We went with the ceres liner bus (the one without AC) which cost about 160 pesos per person and it took about 3.5 hours from Maya port. Because we went on the weekend it was very quiet on the bus so we had several seats for ourselves.
- Boat from Maya port to Malapascua. The boats go all the time but you have to wait for enough people waiting for the boat. The boat cost 100 pesos per person and took 30-45 minutes. It was 20 pesos extra per person to get to the island with small boats from the larger boat.

Malapascua + day trip to Kalanggaman Island
We had some clouds and rain the first two days on the island of Malapascua. Quite frankly, it has been quite nice because it has been really HOT here and apparently much warmer and drier - or less humid - than it usually is for the season. So it probably did good for animals and nature.
The first rainy days we did not do much more than walked around the island, swam i the sea and ate great food. On Wednesday, however, the weather forecast was much better so we booked in on a group trip to Kalanggaman Island. The island was just as nice in reality as in the pictures we had seen. We also got an opportunity to test the drone after the repair and it seemed to be working fine again. The trip cost us 1300 pesos pp (800 for the trip and 500 for a fee to go onto the island) and that included lunch. We went at 9 am and returned at 16. It took about 1.5 hours by boat from Malapascua to Kalanggaman Island. Highly recommended! We got some really nice photos as well from there.
